IN PERSON:

If you have a son in the school, he can bring the items back to the store for a return or exchange. You can also do an exchange or return in person any time the school store is open.

VIA MAIL:

You can ship the items back to us with your name, order number, and a description of what you would like ie return, exchange, size change, etc. When we receive the items, we will perform the task indicated.

Please note:

When conducting a return, you will be refunded in the same manner that you paid. In the case where an order number cannot be found and payment cannot be determined, store credit will be issued.
